Wow...Its been how many years since I last posted to this blog?

I am still dieting...we all are...whatever you eat, is your diet...

I have been through a lot lately...another divorce, job change, grandbabies, kids moving out and back in...its been full of stress...and needless to say...I fell off the wagon of nurtitional diets.
Can you really blame me? With Pinterest and other bloggers posting yummy desserts, cookies, pies, cakes, cupcakes, candy, snack recipes...I couldn't really help myself...

So I got back to a size 14...yes I did...I admit it...and almost 200 lbs...but since January 2012,  I have lost 35 lbs and trying this new cleansing diet for the next 7 days http://www.my7daydiet.com/7_day_diet_day_1.html

I am currently on day 3...not looking forward to day 4. But have day 7 end in my sites...why am I doing this? I read that your body, especially your liver, needs a good cleanse...your liver is your body's filter...and if thats not functioning at maximum capacity...you are going to gain weight! If you maintain your liver health, you will find it easier to lose weight. I have also started up walking during my lunch breaks at work...I used to just sit at my desk during lunch...and stuff myself with ranch doritos and cadbury chocolates.

After I complete my 7day cleanse, I will move back to my Flat Belly Diet ...if you're not familiar with it...check it out on http://www.prevention.com/health/  ...this has worked for me in the past...giving it another go ahead next week...yummy recipes too.

Whatever diet you are on...just remember, you only have one body, and only one person to take care of it...YOU!
